In November we visited two tugboats in Olso, both of which should have completed an energy screening in relation to their energy consumption and CO2 emissions. There was a need for an energy report in which the current emissions of CO2 were uncovered, as well as which measures could improve energy consumption and reduce CO2 emissions as part of a green investment plan. The shipping company had both tugboats examined, where energy consumption during sailing was measured and an energy audit was carried out. The shipping company not only had to use a report to know their status, but also needed knowledge about which initiatives they could work with in a green investment plan and documentation for any offers they might have to make to their customers.
